Every machine you buy from us will be professionally installed and set up free of charge. We will provide full staff training on how to use and maintain the equipment to ensure you get the best from your machine. 

We sell everything you need for regular cleaning of your machine to flush through old grinds and keep your coffee tasting it's best and prevent your machine from clogging up. 

As a customer of Ciko Coffee you will have full back up in the event of a machine failure. We aim to be with you the same day to assess and repair where possible to get you up and running again with minimal disruption.
